Welcome to Happy Stones Goeree-Overflakkee (#HSGO)! This group was created after I came across Happy Stones HW Hoekse-Waard (#HSHW) on Facebook. It made me so cheerful that I wanted to make the same thing possible on Goeree-Overflakkee.
You may keep a Happy Stone you find or “release” it again somewhere else. If you would like to try it yourself, use the following tips. You will find everything in an album, complete with photos and places to buy the supplies.
Supplies:
- a few pebbles;
- primer for good adhesion;
- water-based acrylic paint;
- brushes;
- clear acrylic spray varnish to keep the stones beautiful for longer.
Do not forget to write Happy Stones GO (#HSGO) Goeree-Overflakkee and the Facebook logo on the back ☺️. Naturally, the maker enjoys hearing that a stone has been found ❤️. A photo together with the place where it was found is especially appreciated.
Release homemade Happy Stones in clearly visible places, such as by a tree, fence or lamppost along walking routes or routes to school. You can create an album under your own name in which to keep all your creations.
