The group welcomes people who would like to join Love on the rocks Languedoc-Roussillon. Share ythe group’s creations and finds here; regional events and challenges will also take place in this group.
Common in the United Kingdom, this hobby is a free, simple and accessible way for children and adults to spread good cheer. The group aims to introduce it in France: decorate rocks, hide them in nature and let strangers find them by chance. The more participants there are, the greater ythe group’s chances of discovering one ❤️
The group is a place to show ythe group’s artwork, indicate approximately where it is hidden — the department, an area of town, etc. —, post a picture of a painted rock you found, much to its creator's delight if they see it, and ask questions about this hobby.

- By sharing a creation, you agree that others may draw inspiration from it. If you do not want ythe group’s design used as an example, do not post it or state this clearly.
- Every level is welcome, from professional illustrators to people trying a marker for the first time; creating and having fun are what matter.
- A short word of encthe group’sagement for members who post their rocks is always appreciated.
- If there is enough room, write the group's name on the back to invite the finder to join the community and perhaps share a photograph.
- You can also indicate whether you would like the rock to be hidden again.
The materials required are rocks, paint — acrylic gives the best finish on stone —, paintbrushes and/or Sharpie or Posca markers, and varnish to be applied by brush or spray in a well-ventilated place to protect ythe group’s artwork ❤️
