This idea is not mine, but I thought it was wonderful. I started by looking for rocks in department 71, then wondered: why not in department 03?
The idea is simple. Take rocks collected from places where this is permitted, or buy them from a garden centre. Decorate them with markers and paint, then varnish them so they can withstand the weather. On the back, write “Trouve mon galet 03” and your username.
Hide them in any public place in department 03. After leaving one, photograph your rock and share the picture in this group with a clue that will help another person find it.
The aim is to send the rocks travelling. When you discover one, send us a message so nobody continues looking for it in the wrong place 😉 In the hours or days that follow, hide it elsewhere and post a photograph with clues; the cycle then continues 😉
Everyone can take part, both in decorating and searching. So let your imagination run free!
