About the community
The group introduces # Trouve mon galet 35, also identified by # TMG35. I am delighted to have you 😄
Perhaps you joined us after discovering a decorated pebble, because you are wondering what it is, or because you want to take part. the group was discovered the wonderful work and sharing surrounding these finds a few days ago.
If you want to brighten your walks, share and admire beautiful painted pebbles, then send them travelling for the pleasure of their creator, you are in the right place. Ille-et-Vilaine did not yet have this game, so the game is being introduced.
Known in English-speaking countries under several names—Rocks and Stones, The Kindness Rocks Project, Loveontherocks, Iverness Rocks, Smiles Stones, and so on—this simple game is for young and old alike.
Buy or make pebbles, paint them, then write # Trouve mon galet 35 or #TMG35 on the back. Hide them during your outings; I recommend posting a photo in the group together with the name of the town where the hiding place is located.
When a pebble appears during a walk, photograph it. You can keep it and report it using the link written on it, put it back for other travellers, or send it travelling by leaving it elsewhere. In the latter case, put it down, take a photo, and use the pebble’s link to state its new location.
Collecting pebbles from the seashore is prohibited. Never leave them in a nature reserve. No additions or glued-on items of any kind are allowed on the pebbles; painting shells and slate is nevertheless permitted in this group.
Have a lovely day 😘
