Hello and welcome. You have probably just discovered a decorated rock and are wondering what you should do with it.
“Trouve mon galet” involves hiding decorated rocks and coming across others during our walks. The aim is to send them travelling from one town to another, or even from one country to another. Give updates on them by photographing them and posting them in the group, particularly with a small clue that will make them easier to find.
This easy and playful activity for children and adults is very widespread in England, Canada and the United States under various names: Smilesstones, Rocks and Stone, The Kindness Rocks Project, Love on the Rocks, etc. In France, these initiatives are mainly grouped under the name “trouve mon galets”.
